The Philadelphia Eagles (2-5) travel to Washington to face the Commanders (1-4-1) on Sunday Night Football, November 1. Kickoff is set for 8:20 p.m. ET.
Let's be honest, this probably isn't the matchup most fans were hoping for in primetime. Both teams are heading in the wrong direction, and neither has given fans much reason to be optimistic lately. But it's Sunday Night Football, and we're probably all going to watch anyway, so we might as well try to find some value.
For this game, I've picked out three NFL player props that I like at their current Polymarket prices. Below, I'll break down my predictions for Tanner McKee, Rachaad White, and Antonio Williams, along with the stats, trends, and matchups supporting each pick.
Perfect Career Hit Rate
McKee has cleared 199.5 passing yards in all four of his career starts, averaging 234 yards and 40.3 pass attempts per game. His lowest output was 211 yards, and he threw for 241 yards on 40 attempts against Washington last season.
Favorable Matchup Against Washington
The Commanders rank 26th in defensive EPA per dropback (+0.145) and 25th in passing success rate allowed (48.6%). They've also allowed 266 adjusted passing yards per game, the fourth-most in the NFL, while facing 39.7 pass attempts per game. Washington's struggles on third down could also help McKee keep drives alive and get more opportunities to throw.
High Passing Volume and Barkley's Injury Status
McKee has attempted 45 and 35 passes in his two starts this season, averaging 40 per game. Even at his modest 5.3 yards per attempt, he'd need only about 38 attempts to clear this line. Philadelphia is also a roughly six-point road underdog, and Saquon Barkley's hamstring and back injuries could leave the Eagles even more reliant on McKee's arm.

Increased Workload Without Croskey-Merritt
Washington's leading rusher, Jacory Croskey-Merritt, is on injured reserve with a groin injury, opening the door for White to see more carries. White played 70.5% of the offensive snaps last week, although he received just seven carries. At his season average of 4.0 yards per carry, he'd need only 13 attempts to reach 50 yards.
Favorable Matchup Against Philadelphia
The Eagles rank 31st in rushing EPA allowed per carry and 30th in rushing success rate allowed (44.0%). They've also posted the NFL's second-highest missed tackle rate (17.3%). Chuba Hubbard rushed for 120 yards against Philadelphia in Week 6, followed by Javonte Williams with 155 yards in Week 7. White hasn't reached 50 rushing yards this season, but this matchup gives him a good opportunity.
Positive Game Script for Washington
The Commanders enter as roughly six-point home favorites against an Eagles offense averaging just 18.1 points per game. If Washington builds an early lead, it could lean on its running game to control the clock. With Croskey-Merritt sidelined, White could see a larger share of the carries.

More Opportunities Without McLaurin
Terry McLaurin is out for the season with a torn patellar tendon, leaving more targets available for Williams. Stefon Diggs (hand/hamstring) and Treylon Burks (foot) are also dealing with injuries. When McLaurin missed Week 4, Williams saw a season-high eight targets and accounted for 22.2% of Washington's targets.
Previous Success Against Philadelphia
Williams caught all four of his targets for 64 yards and a touchdown against the Eagles in Week 1, despite running just 11 routes. He's also recorded at least three receptions in five of six games this season. He's cleared this line only once, but a larger role could help him get that fourth catch.
Strong Underlying Receiving Numbers
Williams has caught 69.2% of his targets this season, averaging 3.0 receptions on 4.3 targets per game. At that rate, six targets would put him at roughly 4.2 expected receptions. He's also earned a 75.2 PFF receiving grade, ranking third among rookie receivers.
Recommended Prediction:
Williams 4+ Receptions

The Washington Commanders enter Sunday Night Football as the favorites against their NFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles. Washington is trading at around 70¢ on Polymarket, implying a 70% chance of picking up its second win of the season.
The spread is set at Commanders -5.5 (52¢ to cover), while the over/under sits at just 40.5 points (48¢ on the over).
Our Eagles vs. Commanders prediction model also sees some value on the favored Commanders, and that potential outcome lines up with two of my player prop picks. If Washington builds a lead, the Commanders could lean more heavily on Rachaad White to run down the clock, while Philadelphia would likely need Tanner McKee to throw more often to catch up.
